PowerLinx PowerLine Vision Systems Camera of Choice to Provide Rearvision Safety to Forest River Customers
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 2005--PowerLinx, Inc. (OTCBB:PWLX), the leader in power line communication products, is pleased to announce that Forest River Inc., one of the largest privately owned recreational vehicle manufacturers in the United States, has made PowerLinx PowerLine Vision Systems the rearvision camera of choice for their 2005 Lexington and Forester Lines. Forest River Inc. is located in the heart of the RV production capital, Elkhart, IN, and is also America's largest producer of Towable RVs and Cargo trailers. The PowerLinx PowerLine Vision Systems will initially be offered as on option for both of the RV lines. The Lexington is a premier class "B+" motorized RV, and the Forester is a Class "C" motorized RV. PowerLinx PowerLine Vision Systems are well suited for this recreational vehicle application of rear observation systems because the systems can be incorporated into any stage of production giving extreme flexibility to the production plant, along with the installation cost savings achieved by eliminating the installation of a separate video coaxial cable.
