11 Jul 2005 -- PowerLinx, Inc. Selects IC INTRACOM as Manufacturing, Sourcing Partner
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 2005--PowerLinx, Inc. (OTCBB: PWLX) today announced completion of an arrangement with Oldsmar, Florida based IC INTRACOM USA, Inc. for contract manufacturing and sourcing. Under the arrangement, ICI will manage production and procurement for PowerLinx products, starting with its existing SecureView(TM) PLC video camera, and expanding into production of the forthcoming PowerLinx PLUS technology based products later this year.
IC INTRACOM, Inc. is a privately held corporation with US headquarters in Oldsmar, Florida. ICI operates sales, distribution and manufacturing locations in 13 countries worldwide. Its Global Manufacturing Solutions (GMS) Regional Headquarters is located in Shanghai, China, while the ICI Taiwan Operations Center is the administrative hub for all of ICI Asian operations.
